Kanika brings with her rich experience of more than a decade with multinational healthcare organization. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Organization Development (OD). Her topics for research are Diversity & Inclusion, Gender Intelligence and Talent/Performance Management. She is a keen diversity advocate, researcher and trainer. Her pioneering work is on gender, disability, sexual identity maternity and generational diversity. She is an alumnus of Convent of Jesus and Mary. She is a Pune University rank holder, Pharma graduate from MIT.
Kanika is a master trainer for women leadership workshops. She holds workshops on “Cultural effectiveness in Global Diversity”, “Gender Intelligence” & “Generational Diversity”. She is a personal coach for CXO’s for creating “The Inclusionary Leader”. She mentors young women globally with Cherie Blaire Foundation.
She has worked on projects in Japan, Australia, China, Singapore and South East Asia. Her professional clients include Intas, Hero group, Baxter, Apollo Hospitals, Medtronic and Zimmer.
She is a guest faculty at leading Business schools MDI, IIFT, IMI, FORE School of Management. She has been a panel speaker for various Global HR and Leadership Summits.
Kanika is an adventure enthusiast, an avid cyclist and covers long distances trails and tracks. She is married and lives in Delhi with her husband and son.
